5. Perform a System Restore

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run window.    
  2. Type sysdm.cpl and click OK to open the System Properties window.
  3. Go to the System Protection tab and click the System Restore button.
  4. On the System Restore window, select Choose a different restore point, then click Next.
  5. You will get the list of available restore points on your PC. Select the restore point created before encountering the DLL missing error and click Next.
  6. Click Finish to initiate the restoration process.
