  1. Press the Windows key, type in Kindle, and hit Enter.

  3. Click Registration on the left pane, and select Deregister.
  4. Then, click on Register.
  5. Input your Amazon details and sign-in.
  6. Finally, click on Register to finalize the process, and restart Kindle to see if the error is fixed.

4. Update Kindle

  1. Tap anywhere on the screen and select the downward-facing arrow on the topmost section of the screen.
