  5. At last, click the Clear data button.

3. Reinstall the NBC Sports app

  1. Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows and I keys together.

  4. Choose Uninstall from the list.
  5. Confirm it by clicking Uninstall again.

  9. Click the Get button on the NBC Sports page.
