2. Unpair and reconnect to Bluetooth

  2. On your smartphone, go to Settings.
  3. Go to Bluetooth and turn on  Bluetooth.

3. Clear app cache and data

  2. On your smartphone, tap on Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Apps > Manage apps.
  4. Wait for the app list to be loaded.
  5. Tap on SnapBridge app to open it.

4.  Reinstall SnapBridge

  1. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the SnapBridge app.
  2. First, make sure you follow the first step again and unpair the camera.
  3. From the Home Screen, tap and hold on SnapBridge icon.
  4. Select Uninstall and tap on Yes to confirm the action.
  5. Open PlayStore and download SnapBridge.
  6. After the installation, try to setup SnapBridge again and check if the Nikon camera Bluetooth not connecting issue is resolved.

5. Perform a power cycle

  1. Remove the SD card from the camera.
  2. Turn off the camera and remove the battery.
  3. Re-install the SnapBridge app. (Ignore if you have already reinstalled the app).
