What can I do if Obs.dll is missing in Windows?

4. Perform a System Restore

  1. Click the Start button, type system restore, and click on Create a restore point from the results.
  2. Now, click on the System Restore button.
  3. Next, you may either go with the recommended restore point or choose a different one.
  4. Select a restore point prior to the Obs.dll error and click Next.
  5. Wait for the restoration of the system to end. You will also be prompted to restart your PC.

5. Download Obs.dll from a trusted source

Another option is to look for a healthy PC and copy the Obs.dll from that one. By default, you should find it in the following folder: C:\Windows\System32
