2. Run the Troubleshooter

  1. In the Search box type run and press Enter.
  2. Now, type the control.exe command and press Enter.
  3. In the Hardware and Sound section click on View devices and printers.
  4. In the Device section go to the driver and right-click to choose Troubleshoot.
  5. Restart your device after the process is finished.

3. Install the driver manually

  1. In the Search box type run and press Enter.
  2. Now, type the devmgmt.msc command and press Enter.
