When purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster, your internet connection may drop, or the server may become temporarily unavailable. This can prevent you from completing your purchase, but make sure you check your email and account for any payment notifications before re-purchasing.

How do I get rid of Ticketmaster error code 504?

Perform the following preliminary checks before any advanced troubleshooting: verify the status of the Ticketmaster website for downtimes and ensure your Internet speeds are fast enough, check for an app update, try another connection, and restart your browser/device.

1. Log out from all devices

  1. Launch your browser and go to Ticketmaster’s Website.
  2. Navigate to the top right corner of the interface and hover over your profile and click on Sign out.
  3. Repeat the steps on all your secondary devices, leaving only your primary device logged in then try purchasing the tickets again.

2.2 App cache

  1. Tap on settings on your phone.

3. Update your device’s firmware
