1.1 Identify the file location

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

1.2  Uninstall the program

2. Run Disk Cleanup

3. Use the Command Prompt

  1. Press the Windows key, type CMD and click Run as administrator.DOS COmmand Prompt
  2. Type the following commands one by one and press Enter: sfc/scannow resmon
  3. Copy and paste the following command and press Enter: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  4. Restart your PC once the scan is complete.

4. Change the internet settings

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run window.NCPA run command
  2. Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
  3. Right-click on the active connection and select Properties.Properties Network - Updane.exe
  4. From This connection uses the following items option, locate and double-click Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) to open Properties.Ethernet
  5. Ensure that Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address are selected automatically. If not, select them. Obtain an IP address
