Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (MW4) Open Beta End Date & Time, Check When You'll Lose Access

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’s open beta run is almost over. Early Access began on August 21 for eligible players, before the Open Beta opened to everyone on August 28. Now, the free trial is entering its final hours worldwide.

Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta ends today, here are exact times

Call of Duty: MW4 Open Beta ends Tuesday, September 1, at 10 AM PT. In India, that means the beta closes at 10:30 PM IST today. The Open Beta followed the first Early Access weekend. That phase ran from August 21 through August 25.

Players needed a pre-order or valid beta access that weekend. The second weekend removed those restrictions. Weekend Two started August 28 at 10 AM PT. Players could join without a pre-order or beta code across supported platforms.

The Open Beta included multiplayer modes, the Entrenched campaign mission, and Zodiac Resurgence in Warzone. Players could reach Level 30 and unlock beta rewards.

Xbox added Call of Duty: MW4 to Free Play Days

Microsoft also added Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta as part of XBOX Free Play Days lineup. The event also featured Control Ultimate Edition and Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.

Xbox confirmed that MW4 would start August 28 at 10 AM PT. Not to forget, Infinity Ward has also released several updates during the Open Beta. The latest patch brought weapon tuning, Resurgence changes, playlist updates, and fixes. Monday, August 31 was described as the beta’s last full day.

What comes after the beta?

Modern Warfare 4 is scheduled to launch worldwide on October 23. Beta rewards can also become usable when the full game launches. The beta has given Infinity Ward feedback. It remains unclear how much feedback will influence the final multiplayer experience.
