Microsoft recently rolled out a new cumulative update for Windows 10 v1903. Update KB4495666 takes this OS version to build number 18362.53.
The Windows 10 May 1903 Update is currently available in the Preview ring. Microsoft is expected to roll it out to the general public next month.
In other words, this new update is also only available to Insiders enrolled in the preview ring who are using Build 18362.30 of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update.

This new update adds only security fixes and it’s a part of the April Patch Tuesday edition. As the company confirmed, “This update also includes security updates that come as part of the normal monthly Patch Tuesday release cycle.”
Moreover, Microsoft also highlighted an issue that users may encounter after installing this update. The company explained why this issue occurs and how users can fix it.
After installing this update (KB4495666), users may experience error “0x800705b4” when launching Windows Defender Application Guard or Windows Sandbox. As a workaround, you can enable the following registry keys on the Host OS and reboot:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Containers\CmServicePolicy]
“DisableClone”=dword:00000001
“DisableSnapshot”=dword:00000001
