4. Check your Internet connectioninternet connection

Make sure your Internet connection isn’t, in fact, the reason why you cannot install Adobe Acrobat through Creative Cloud.

This means doing the following:

  1. Checking your Ethernet cable connections
  2. Opening a browser and seeing whether you have a signal or not
