8. Tick the This program path radio button.
9. Click Browse button to locate the path of the program you want to add.
   
10. Choose the program and click the Open button.
    
11. After selecting the program, you might notice that the path is restructured. You can prevent this by simply copying the file path into the box instead of using the Browse button.
12. When everything is set, click the Next button in the next three pages.
13. Finally, enter the name of the rule and click the Finish button.

9. Now, ensure the box for the program is not check on the left pane. This means that the program is blocked.
10. Finally, click the OK button to complete the process.
