Bloom.exe is a malicious adware with a nasty motive of tricking the user to access suspicious websites. The dangerous application accidentally gets downloaded along with the freeware when you download them from untrusted websites.

  1. Hold down the power button for a few seconds until your computer powers off completely. 
  2. Hit the Power button again to restart it and quickly power it off by pressing and holding down the Power button.

  4. Select and press the Advanced options button to initiate the automatic repair process.

  8. Press the F5 key to choose Safe Mode with Networking from the list of safe mode variants.

  5. Wait for the SFC and DISM scan to finish, restart your PC, and see whether or not the problems due to the bloom.exe file subside. 

3. Remove bloom.exe from the web browser 

3.1 Uninstall suspicious extensions 

  1. Launch the Chrome browser on your Windows PC and click the Menu icon (three dots) on the top right corner to bring up the drop-down menu bar. 
  2. Select the More tools option from the list of options and then Extensions from the sub-menu. bloom.exe

  2. Navigate to the following paths via the address bar one by one to directly access the Run and RunOnce key.   3. You can access them by opening the Windows registry editor and deleting any values, created by Bloom.exe there. This can happen by following the steps underneath:
  4. Look for some suspicious keys created by Bloom.exe such as OUzzckky, I-WORM.LEE, VBS/VBSWG.AQ@mm, in these locations, and if you find any, right-click them and choose Delete from the context menu. bloom.exe
  5. Exit the registry editor window and restart your PC normally after deleting the suspicious subkeys. 

Bloom.exe virus may replicate into other virus names such as I-WORM.LEE, VBS/VBSWG.AQ@mm within these locations. Deleting these keys necessary to stop them from causing any further harm.
