What can I do if Xbox is not playing movies?
1: Reinstall the app
- Open Home.
- Choose My games & apps.
- Select the Movies & TV app.
- Press the Menu button and choose Uninstall.
- Confirm uninstall and reboot your console.
- Navigate to Store and choose the Movies & TV section.
- Install Movies & TV.

2: Test the Xbox Live services
- Press the Xbox button and open System.
- Choose Settings.
- Select Network.
- Open Network settings.
- From the Troubleshooting menu, select Test network connection.
3: Delete your profile and re-download it

- Select Accounts.
- Select Remove accounts.
- Highlight your account and remove it.
- Reboot your console.
- Press the Xbox button and open Sign in.

- Choose to Add new account.
