2. Verify firewall settings

3. Flush DNS and renew IP configuration

  1. Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter.

    ipconfig /renew
  3. Check if the issue is gone.

4. Reinstall the game

  1. Open Battle.net.
  2. Click on the Diablo III game icon in the left-hand column.
  3. Click on the options drop-down menu (gear icon) and choose Uninstall Game.
