Microsoft will be rolling out the April 2019 Patch Tuesday cumulative updates in just a few hours’ time. As a quick reminder, these updates mark the end of support for the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update OS.
Since 2015, Microsoft has been following a tradition of releasing cumulative updates on the second Tuesday of every month.
This month’s April 2019 Patch Tuesday is coming today with both security and non-security fixes.
As a matter of fact, Windows 10 users have been reporting a bunch of issues that have been introduced by previous builds.
Most of the vulnerabilities will hopefuly be addressed in the April 2019 Patch Tuesday cumulative updates.

Install Windows 10 April 2019 Patch Tuesday updates
If you enabled automatic updates, all you need to do is go to Settings and hit the Check for updates button.
You can also download the latest Windows 10 update directly from Microsoft’s Update Catalog website.
Microsoft is releasing the April 2019 cumulative updates today but these patches are available for systems running the Fall Creators Update or newer versions.
Windows 10 May 2019 Update coming soon
Speaking of updates, keep in mind that the Windows 10 May 2019 Update lands at the end of May.
This time, Microsoft listened to all the users who have been complaining about the disruptive Windows update process.
The Windows 10 May 2019 update allows users to choose when they want to initiate the update download and install processes.
Fall Creators Update support ends today
As reported earlier, a final batch of updates for Windows 10 v1709 Home and Pro SKUs will be released tomorrow as a part of the April 2019 Patch Tuesday cycle.
Microsoft recommends users to upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
