To scan those files already in use, you must perform some additional steps.

  1. Press the Windows key, choose Settings, and then Update & Security.
  2. Select Recovery, navigate to Advanced startup and click Restart Now.
  3. Close Command Prompt and restart the computer.

After performing the scan, check if the problem with downloader.dll is gone.

4. Use System Restore

  1. Press Windows key + R to launch Run, and type in rstrui.Activate System Restore
  2. Click OK, select Choose a different restore point, and click Next.
  3. Check the box from Select more restore points for the list with dates.
  4. Choose a date to restore Windows 10, click Next and then Finish.

When you will choose a date, be careful to select one before the downloader.dll error appeared. After you have followed these steps, your computer will restart.
