Intel Unison

Intel has announced that its Unison app, which connects Windows PCs and smartphones, will be discontinued by the end of June 2025. The app, which debuted at Intel’s Innovation 2022 event, offered features such as making phone calls, sending text messages, viewing notifications, and transferring files between devices.

The decision to discontinue the app comes as Intel shifts focus away from this utility. While the app will cease functioning for most platforms by June 30, 2025, Lenovo Aura platforms will retain service throughout the year.

Intel Unison was praised for its seamless integration with iOS and Android devices, making it a popular alternative to Microsoft’s Phone Link app.

Users are encouraged to explore other multi-device experience alternatives, such as Microsoft’s Phone Link app, which now supports iPhones and offers deep integration with Windows 11.
