Windows 10 version 1511, also known as the November Update, recently received a new update. KB3198586 brings many improvements and fixes in the functionality of this OS and patches a series of critical vulnerabilities.

This security update patches a vulnerability in Microsoft Windows that could allow security feature bypass if a physically-present attacker installs an affected boot policy.
3. KB3199647: Security update to Microsoft virtual hard drive
This update patches a vulnerability in Windows VHDMP kernel driver that improperly handles user access to certain files. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to manipulate files in locations that are not intended to be available to the user.
4. KB3199173: Security update for Windows authentication methods
This update fixes a series of vulnerabilities that could allow elevation of privilege. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could elevate their permissions from unprivileged user account to administrator.
5. KB3199135: Security update for kernel-mode drivers
The most severe of the vulnerabilities in kernel-mode drivers could allow elevation of privilege if an attacker logs on to an affected system and runs a specially crafted application that could exploit the vulnerabilities and take control of the affected system. The update fixes a series of severe vulnerabilities could allow a remote code execution. The vulnerability exists when the Windows font library improperly handles specially crafted embedded fonts.
8. KB3199151: Security update for Microsoft video control
KB3199151 fixes a severe vulnerability that could allow remote code execution if Microsoft Video Control fails to properly handle objects in memory.
9. KB3199172: Security update for Microsoft Windows
KB3199172 patches severe vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if a locally authenticated attacker runs a specially crafted application.
10. KB3199057: Cumulative security update for Microsoft Edge
This security update resolves multiple vulnerabilities in Microsoft Edge. The most severe of these vulnerabilities could allow remote code execution if a user views a specially crafted webpage in Microsoft Edge.
