2. Remove it from Applications directory

1. Open Finder and go to Applications.
2. Locate PremierOpinion.
3. Right-click it and choose Move to Trash.
   
4. Go to the following directory: /Library/LaunchDaemons/
5. Remove the PremierOpinion.plist file.
6. Optional: Right-click Trash and choose Empty Trash.
