If custom hours are not working in Microsoft Bookings, your clients won’t be able to properly book appointments, and this can be a major issue, so let’s see if there’s a way to fix this.
What can I do if Custom hours are not working in Microsoft Bookings?
1. Create a service
- Open Microsoft Bookings.
- From the menu on the left, select Services.
- Next, choose Add new service.
- Fill in the necessary information and assign staff members.
2. Add staff and enable business hours
- Open Microsoft Bookings.
- Next, go to Staff.
- Select the staff you want to assign to the service and choose Edit staff.
- Lastly, check Use business hours and save changes.
Some users are suggesting setting the business hours to minimum and maximum, so you might want to try this as well.
