Microsoft appears to be working on an another feature for PowerPoint, which can help businesses rely on consistent branding.

A newly added Microsoft 365 Roadmap entry suggests PowerPoint will soon get built-in access to an organization’s brand assets, making it easier to create presentations without hunting for logos, colors, or images.

The feature is listed under Roadmap ID 566351. According to Microsoft’s description, PowerPoint will allow users to seamlessly access company brand colors, logos, icons, images, and other approved assets directly inside the app while creating presentations. The idea is to help users create slides that remain visually consistent with their organization’s branding without switching between multiple tools or folders.

Rather than manually downloading logos or remembering exact color codes, the new experience caters to surface those assets directly within PowerPoint. That should make it easier for teams to maintain brand consistency across presentations, especially in larger organizations where marketing departments usually manage official brand guidelines.

Microsoft hasn’t shared many details apart from its existence in the roadmap. The entry also indicates that the feature will be available across PowerPoint for Windows, Mac, and the web in July 2026.

In other PowerPoint news, PowerPoint Live in Teams is getting new Copilot features, including Explain and Instant Refresh, while ChatGPT can now work inside Microsoft PowerPoint thanks to a new add-in.
