For those of you who live in Australia, you will be happy to know that Microsoft is all set to open a flagship Microsoft Store in Sydney on November 12th.
The planned store will be located within the popular Westfield shopping centre in Pitt Street Mall and promises to give local consumers a chance to experience the entire range of Microsoft’s products such as Windows PCs, Surface devices, Windows Phones, Xbox One and Office. This new store will also feature an Answer Desk, Microsoft’s solution to the Apple Stores’ Genius Bar, where customers can ask questions and get tech support related to their Microsoft products.

We can’t wait to open our doors and celebrate in a big way on 12 November. Customers are invited to line up as early as Wednesday 11 November at 10:00 PM at the entry to Westfield Sydney near Microsoft. Grand Opening ceremonies begin at 11:30 AM on Thursday 12 November. Microsoft at Westfield Sydney on Pitt Street Mall opens at 12:00 PM.

With the launch of the Surface Book, Surface Pro 4, Microsoft Band, and Lumia 950, this new store opening comes right on time! No word on if this particular store will have these new items on display. Regardless, it is quite nice to see Microsoft open it’s first flagship store outside North America.
