Handheld gaming PCs are taking over the market by storm, and we saw handhelds from various manufacturers.
MSI also has its gaming device, and recently the company has announced a new version, so let’s see what it can do.
MSI Claw 8 AI+ was announced at Computex 2024
As reported by Tom’s Hardware, the new MSI Claw 8 will run on an Intel Meteor Lake Core Ultra 7 155H CPU, and unlike its predecessor, it will have an 8-inch screen.
The device will also have a larger battery, providing you with more hours of gameplay. MSI also stated that the new Claw will have a Thunderbolt 4 port and we assume it will probably be used for a docking station or with an eGPU.
That’s not all, the original Claw has been redesigned, and we got a new Claw x Fallout model. This model is the same as the original but with a unique case that resembles something from a Fallout universe.
No additional information regarding MSI Claw 8 AI+ is available at the moment, but we hope that it will be able to compete with the newly announced ASUS ROG Ally X.
Speaking of handhelds, the new Xbox app Compact Mode features will make switching games on handhelds a breeze.
