Hi, noone of these solutions worked for me, i probe everyone of these and another one that i find through internet like install antivirus and try to find any malware. Everything failed. I have internet in the laptop, indeed now i am writing this from the laptop, but some features do not work correctly like ping. Others features with issues connect are window update, window defender update, mostly installations with download inside them failed, like the restoro pc repair tool in this site. I update windows and windows defender through fixed updates in microsoft pages, in the same way, i install nod32 antivirus, but it not find the problem. I download the most recently drivers for my asus laptop. From my linux partition i can do ping, but not from my windows partition. Thanks in advance for any support with this and sorry for my 3 years old english.
