3. Remove offline devices

  1. Open Spotify. Click on your Profile and select Account.
  2. Spotify will launch the browser and ask you to log in to your Spotify account.
  3. Click on Profile and select Accounts.
  4. From the left pane, click on Offline devices.
  5. From the list of Offline Devices, remove any or all the devices.
  6. Logout and login to Spotify on your Windows computer.

Spotify Premium users can download music on up to 5 devices at a time. However, if you have more than 5 devices, you may see Something went wrong error while signing in on the 6th device. The easy solution for this is to remove the offline device manually.


4. Complete the process in Private Session
