Windows 11 KB5068860 Preview Lands in Canary Channel with General Improvements & Fixes

Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 28000.1199 to the Canary Channel under KB5068860. There are no features included in this update. This build only includes a small set of general improvements and fixes designed to enhance the overall experience for Insiders running this version on their PCs.

Just in case you missed it, yesterday, Microsoft also dropped two new updates for Windows 11 25H2, one in the Dev and Beta channels, and the other landed in the Release Preview channel. The KB5070303 preview adds a new AI components toggle and redesigns the Click to Do’s context menu. You can read about them here.

Besides that, the KB5070303 also halts the tabbed folders feature in File Explorer and upgrades Narrator and Magnifier with HD voice support. Not to forget, the Narrator also gets the ability to read math in Microsoft Word.

Speaking of updates, Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 also received the KB5070311 update in the Release Preview channel under Builds 26100.7296 and 26200.7296, respectively.
