Windows 11 Snipping tool

Windows 11 Snipping Tool’s OCR capabilities will get a handful of shortcuts to make them easier to use. Spotted by Windows enthusiast @phantomofearth, the new Windows logo key + Shift + R will be made the shortcut for recording while using the tool.

At the same time, Snipping Tool will also be getting a new toolbar that works similarly to the existing capture bar, as per the insider’s words. Here’s how it looks:

The new Snipping Tool capabilities were found in the latest builds to the Windows Insider Program.

At the same time, the Redmond-based tech giant recently enhanced the Snipping Tool in Windows 11 with some useful capabilities, such as the one that allows users to copy information from tables in screenshots.
