  4. Now type the below commands to start the services and press Enter. net start bits net start wuauserv net start appidsvc net start cryptsvc
  5. Restart your PC.

5. Perform a virus scan

  1. Press the Win key to open the Start menu.
  2. Select Windows Security.Windows Security open
  3. Click Virus & threat protection.
  4. Click Quick Scan.
  5. Let the scan complete.
  6. Apply the prompted fixes to remove the malware.
