What is Telegram X & Should I Download it on Windows 11

Telegram X was meant to be a superior Telegram version before the official one was shipped to Windows 11 devices.

Since Telegram wasn’t available natively on desktop, Telegram X was meant to solve this. For Windows users, you’d need an Android emulator to download it. If you’re using an Android device, you simply have to download it from your app store.

It has similar features to Telegram but with better animations, customizable features and is optimized for speed.

How do I download Telegram X on Windows 11?

1. Download or launch your favourite emulator (in this case Bluestacks).
2. Navigate to your browser and download Telegram X.
3. Go to the download folder, locate the file and select Open with Bluestacks.
4. Launch the app and start messaging.

Now that Telegram is available for download on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 from the Microsoft Store, Telegram X may no longer be necessary. And if you encounter any issues with downloading Telegram, we have a workaround for it.

Of course, there will be occasional issues like Telegram not working but it’s nothing you won’t be able to solve. Telegram for web is also still available so if the app is having issues, this can be an alternative as you troubleshoot app problems.
