1. Try a different port

1. Open the Settings app using the hotkeys Windows + I.
2. On the left pane, click Bluetooth & Devices, then on the right pane, select Mouse.
   
3. Now set Select your primary button to Right.

2. Update the mouse driver

1. Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager.
   
2. Click on Mice and other pointing devices to find your mouse driver.
   
3. Right-click to select the driver, click Update Driver, and follow the instructions on the screen.

4. Disable the touchpad

5. Disable the ClickLock feature

3. Mouse Properties window will now appear. Make sure that the ClickLock feature isn’t enabled. If it is, uncheck Turn on ClickLock, and click Apply and OK to save the changes.
   

6. Disable the touchscreen

1. Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Human Interface Devices and locate your touchscreen on the list.
   
3. Right-click your touchscreen and choose Disable from the menu. If the confirmation dialog appears, click Yes.
