It’s very important not to install Windows 10 from scratch, because it will delete all your files and data, instead, you should perform ‘in-place upgrade,’ which will just refresh your system files, without deleting your stuff. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Download Windows 10 installation media creation tool from here
  2. Follow the instructions from the wizard and create Windows 10 installation media
  3. After you create the installation media, insert it into your computer, while it still runs
  4. Choose to keep your files and data and follow further instructions to finish the repair of your Windows 10
