Adobe and Microsoft work together on Copilot

Microsoft and Adobe collaborate to bring new capabilities to Copilot. With them, the AI assistant will help marketing companies to improve their workflow efficiency. In addition, they plan on using the Adobe Experience Cloud applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to bring us relevant marketing insights. As a result, we could use Copilot for creative brief generation, content creation, and more. Also, the two companies might devise a solution to allow us to share or manage our projects.

Why is Adobe helping Microsoft’s Copilot?

Adobe and Microsoft discovered an opportunity to join their software and services to create a better environment for marketers. After all, marketing has many specialized tasks that require specific tools. So, marketing specialists need to switch them frequently. Yet, working with multiple applications can decrease efficiency and slow the workflow. On top of that, according to a survey, 43% of marketing professionals consider that switching between applications is disruptive.

Microsoft will use Adobe’s Customer Journey Analytics and Workfront with Dynamics 365 to make Copilot a better assistant for marketing teams. With their help, the AI assistant will be capable of helping us with daily tasks, campaign execution, collaborations, and planning. Also, it will be able to manage our files more efficiently. So, it might break the barrier of using disconnected tools.

By the way, Adobe will not give up on its AI assistant for PDF documents. After all, there isn’t any official statement about replacing it. Additionally, the company tailored the AI assistant to support Adobe Acrobat and Reader. On top of that, Adobe wouldn’t want Microsoft’s Copilot merged with their tools, and some of us would highly dislike it. Moreover, if you use Adobe AI, you don’t have to share your data with Microsoft.

Ultimately, the collaboration between Microsoft and Adobe will bring a much-desired assistant to marketers. In addition, all of the new capabilities will turn Copilot into a better marketing assistant. Furthermore, it will help us with briefs, presentations, updates, emails, insights, and content. Moreover, the AI could notify us and summarize data from our clients, such as feedback. So, overall, Copilot will help us improve our marketing campaigns considerably.
