2. Uninstall Designer or Photo and reinstall it

  1. To begin the procedure, open Control Panel in icon view.
  2. Go to Programs and Features.
  3. Then, select the program you wish to remove.
  4. You may either right-click it and select Uninstall or select Uninstall at the top of the list.

3. Fire up an SFC scan

  1. Press the keyboard shortcut Windows Key + S to open the Windows search bar.
  2. Type cmd and select the Run as administrator option.
  3. After you’re inside the elevated Command prompt, type the following command, and then press Enter: sfc /scannow
  4. Finally, close the elevated Command Prompt and restart your computer.
