  2. Click the menu icon from the upper right corner.
  3. Select Help.
  4. Select Troubleshooting information.
  5. In the new tab, click on Refresh Firefox.
  6. Click Refresh Firefox button again and then click on Finish.
  7. Firefox will restart. Open Netflix and check if the error is resolved.

  2. Expand the Advanced section.
  3. Under the Privacy section, select ClearBrowsing Data.
  4. Select the Advanced tab.
  5. Select All time, in the Time Range.

  8. Relaunch the browser and check for any improvements.

2. Check your network connectivity

2.1. For Amazon Fire TV

  3. Check your WIFI network for bandwidth limitations. This is most common with public Wi-Fi networks.
