Ever wanted to challenge your friends in a tournament in a game on Xbox One or Windows 10? Soon you’ll be able to. The Creators Update features a new feature for gamers called Custom Tournaments.
With the new Custom Tournaments feature you can challenge your friends and other players no matter if they have a Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC. The feature is cross-platform and works on all of your Windows 10 Devices. Some games are already compatible and will be able to utilise the feature at launch, but it’s unknown if the games will have to be Xbox Play Anywhere titles in order to cross-play with a PC or an Xbox.
The Custom Tournaments will feature your rules just the way you like it. That is the main focus of it. Instead of having to wait for tournaments of bigger companies or som events, you can make your own right from your living room.
There is more to come for the Xbox and PC gamer so stay tuned.
