Windows 10 November Update was the first feature update where Microsoft implemented “as-a-service” concept, so this update arrived automatically.

The new version focused mainly on fixing issues and bugs present in the Windows 10 initial version. Still, Windows 10 November Update brought new some interesting features.

The support for this version of Windows 10 was ended on October 2017.
