1. Check the Xbox Live Services

  1. Open your browser.

2. Check the network

  • Make sure you use a wired connection instead of wireless.
  • Run diagnostics
    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Choose Settings.
    3. Tap All Settings.
    4. Open Network.
    5. Select Network Settings.
    6. Now, run the Test network connection.
  • Reset your MAC address:
    1. Open Settings.
    2. Choose All Settings.
