How can I fix Zelle Reason Code 2900?

1. Clear the app cache

1.1 Android

1. Open the device Settings, and select Apps.
2. Choose Zelle from the list of applications.

3. Reinstall the Zelle app

3.1 Android

1. Open the device Settings, and select Apps.
2. Select Zelle from the list.
3. Tap on Uninstall at the bottom.
4. Select OK in the prompt to confirm.
5. Finally, re-download Zelle from the Google Play Store.

3.2 iOS

1. Tap and hold the Zelle icon on the home screen, and select Remove App.
2. Select Delete App to confirm.
3. Now, re-download Zelle from the Apple App Store, and check for improvements.
