1. Open the Start menu by pressing the Win button.
2. Type Windows Defender Firewall and open it.
3. Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off.
   
4. Select the Turn off Windows Defender Firewall radio buttons for both Public and Private networks.
5. Click OK.
