Disney Plus has finally launched to the masses and seems to be a success. However, new technical problems are constantly reported by subscribers. When buffering issues invade your Disney, Pixar, Marvel movies or high-profile shows like The Simpsons, things are anything but pleasant.

When selecting a title/movie, the app just sits there and loads or spins. About 3/4 times it just spins and doesn’t load at all. I tried every single one of the steps from above and I even have my TV hardwired directly to my router. I also have 100 mbps internet. So these problems are 100% on your end. Disney needs to spend some of those billions of dollars on fixing their streaming or they’re gonna lose a bunch of customers.

I dont know if this would work for evryone but its a suggustion i havent seen and worked instantly for me. while on disney plus (which couldn’t go 10 seconds without getting choppy or freezing if anyone in the house was using the internet for any other reason) I went to settings, then app settings and i changed the quality from automatic to standard. Believe it or not, the picture got 20 times better and there were no freezin or choppy issues. It just played all the way tothe end of the movie. I

On my LG Smart TV ive deleted and reins and updated i have the highest internet package for verizon fios and my router is hooked roght up to my actual tv i also have a extender and the app is theeeeee only app that does this its terrible ! Its Not us Disney its you !

Running through Chrome on Windows 10 PC. Keeps buffering, and often restarting. No such issues with Netflix and other streaming services.
