  9. Enter the following addresses and click OKPreferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8. Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4.

6. Ensure Windows Update service is working

  1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run box. 
  2. Type services.msc and press Enter. 
  3. Right-click on the Windows Update and select Properties.
  4. Click on the General tab change the Startup type to Manual.
