Lenovo's Keyboard Lineup Leaked: Adaptive and Self-Charging Keyboards Coming to CES 2026

Lenovo has a lot of devices scheduled for showcase at the CES 2026. Folks at Windows Central have already leaked the SteamOS version of the Lenovo Legion Go 2. We also covered the leaked Lenovo ThinkPad Rollable XD concept earlier today, and a rollable gaming laptop earlier this month.

Now, Windows Latest has leaked the Lenovo Adaptable Keyboard. It’s a concept keyboard, which might be showcased at the CES 2026. But there are multiple new keyboard and mouse concepts Lenovo is working on, according to their sources.

Speaking of the Lenovo Adaptable Keyboard Concept, it can change the keystroke actuation force based on usage. That’s not all; you’ll also be able to switch between lighter, faster keypresses for gaming and tighter, more precise keypresses for work.

The keyboard reportedly uses optical actuation controls to adjust how keys feel. It features a compact layout with no numpad and minimal frame around the keys. Do note that the Adaptable Keyboard doesn’t include a Windows Copilot key.

From the image above, you can tell that the keyboard also comes with support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, battery, and smart connectivity features. Among them all, the most interesting thing Lenovo is working on is the Lenovo Self-Charging Kit Concept. That’s a keyboard and mouse combo that never needs charging.

This said kit uses next-generation light-harvesting technology that works even under very low indoor lighting (as low as 50 lux). The concept is similar to what Logitech’s new K980 Solar+ keyboards offer. The solar component may be integrated subtly above the arrow keys. Lenovo calls this concept both convenient and environmentally sustainable.

A third product has also leaked, the Lenovo 900 Wireless Low-Profile Mechanical Keyboard & Mouse, which isn’t a concept and is expected to launch, according to the news outlet. It features a translucent design, available in Thunder Grey and Cloud Grey. The keyboard reportedly also uses Lenovo’s custom 4-point mechanical switches and supports multi-device pairing via 2.4GHz dongle or dual Bluetooth.

What do you think about these new keyboards? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
