Ticketmaster Error Code 0011: 7 Ways to Fix It

This issue is usually caused by your browser


Sometimes, when buying tickets online, you can get Ticketmaster Error Code 0011. This code means you are unable to purchase event tickets, but there are ways to fix this issue.

What causes Ticketmaster or any website to deny service?

Server issues might sometimes cause this error. The issue can also appear due to your browser extensions, cache, or VPN.

How can I solve Error Code 0011?

Before we try anything else, try waiting while Ticketmaster resolves the issue. Try disabling browser extensions or VPN or using the browser’s Incognito mode. Refrain from using public Wi-Fi networks.

1. Clear out browser data

1.1 Clear out browser data on Chrome

  1. On Google Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner then hover over More tools.
  2. Select Clear browsing data in the new drop-down menu.
  3. Click the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Now select the Clear data button.

1.2 Clear out browser data on Firefox

  1. On Firefox, click the three lines in the upper right corner and select Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, click the Privacy & Security tab on the left side.
  3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data, then select Clear Data.
  4. Click the boxes next to Cookies and Site Data as well as Cached Web Content.
  5. Select the Clear button and wait for Firefox to finish the process.
  6. If a window appears telling you that clearing all that data may sign you out of websites, select Clear now.

1.3 Clear out browser data on Microsoft Edge

  1. On Microsoft Edge, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy, search, and services tab, then scroll down to Clear browsing data.
  3. Click the Choose what to clear button.
  4. Check off the boxes next to Cookies and other site data as well as Cached images and files.
  5. Click the Clear now button.

2. Disable proxy

  1. Bring up Internet Options in the Windows Search bar.
  2. In the Internet Properties window, go to the Connections tab and click LAN settings.
  3. Uncheck the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN. Select OK to finish up.

For other problems like Ticketmaster error code U521, there isn’t anything that clearing out browser data can’t fix; although we also recommend downloading the latest update.

3. Download Another Browser (Try Opera)

Your current browser might have settings or issues triggering Ticketmaster’s security filters.

  1. Download another browser that you haven’t used recently with Ticketmaster.
  2. An option we found to work well with Ticketmaster is Opera. It’s lightweight and tends to have fewer compatibility problems.
  3. Install the browser and open it.
  4. Go to https://www.ticketmaster.com and try again.ticketmaster website working on opera

This helps rule out problems caused by your usual browser or its settings.

4. Turn Off Browser Extensions

  1. In your browser, type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter. Similar steps apply if you use another browser.manage extensions chrome
  2. You’ll see a list of all your installed extensions.
  3. Toggle off any that might block or change how web pages work, especially ad blockers, privacy tools, or anything related to automation.disable extensions google chrome
  4. Refresh the Ticketmaster page and try again.

You can turn them back on after you’re done.

5. Try the Ticketmaster Mobile App

  1. Open the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  2. Search for “Ticketmaster”.ticket master app in google play
  3. Install the app.
  4. Open it, sign in to your account, and try buying your tickets again.

The app is separate from the website and may bypass the error completely.

6. Remove Any Automation Tools or Scripts

  1. If you’ve installed any extensions that automate things (like auto-refreshers or scripts for ticket sites), go to your browser’s extensions page.
    • In Chrome, that’s chrome://extensions.
  2. Look for anything related to:
    • Auto refresh
    • Auto click
    • Ticket tracking
    • Browser automation
  3. Click Remove or Disable for anything suspicious.
  4. Restart your browser and try again.

Even if you didn’t mean to use it on Ticketmaster, these tools can still cause issues.

7. Contact Ticketmaster Support

  1. Go to https://help.ticketmaster.com.
  2. Scroll down and choose “Contact Us.”
  3. Select “Technical Issues” or a related category.
  4. Use the chat or email option to get help.
  5. Explain your situation.

There are other browser-specific problems you should know about, like Chrome showing 100 percent disk usage. This may be because of a problematic browser extension or a corrupt history file.
