1. Press the Windows key, type cmd in the search box, and select Run as administrator from the list of options to launch Command Prompt with admin privileges. 
2. Copy & paste the following command to recover the damaged system files on your computer, and hit Enter: sfc /scannow
3. Wait for the scan to complete, then type the following command to scan the Windows system image for corrupted files and repair it via Windows Update, and press Enter: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
4. Wait for the scan to complete, and reboot your computer to let the changes take effect.

1. Press the Windows key, type control panel in the search box, and click Open to launch the Control Panel app.   
2. Select Large icons for View by, and choose Recovery.
3. Click the Open System Restore link.
4. Select Choose a different restore point on the System Restore window, and click Next to proceed.
5. From the list of restore points created, select the one before you encountered the Bdvid32.dll not found error, and click Next.
