2. Ensure Zoom is muted by your PC

  1. Right-click on the Sound icon at the bottom-left taskbar menu.
  2. Select the Open volume mixer option.
  3. Make sure the levels for Zoom are set to 100.

  7. Under the Bluetooth Services section, uncheck the Hands-free Telephony option.
  8. Click Apply and OK.
