3. Clear browser cookies and cache

1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Click on the 3-dot menu icon and select Settings.
3. Choose Privacy and Security.
4. Choose Clear browsing data.
5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options.
