1. Re-add your contacts
- Go to Account settings.
- Select the Address book tab.
- Click on Change.
- Highlight ‘Contacts: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***’.

- Add your contacts again.
- Restart Outlook.

2. Set an Autodiscover subkey to 0
The issue might appear if the ExcludeHttpsAutoDiscoverDomain value under an Autodiscover subkey is set to 1. Change the value to 0 for the following subkey:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice16.0OutlookAutoDiscover
After you changed the value, restart Outlook.
You can change the registry value with the Windows Registry Editor. Alternatively, you can choose a third-party registry editor.
