What to do if Bluestacks can’t connect to accounts.google.com?

1. Change Graphics Mode to OpenGL or DirectX

  1. Navigate to Bluestacks and click on the Settings option.
  2. Then, go to the Engine tab and change Graphics Mode to OpenGL or DirectX.

3. Turn on Virtualization

  1. Open the Settings app and go to Update & Security.
  2. In the left pane, select the Recovery tab.
  3. Under the Advanced section, select the Restart Now option and then click on Troubleshoot.
  4. Choose Advanced Options and then UEFI Firmware Settings.
  5. Click on Restart.
  6. Once you enter BIOS, look for Virtualization option and enable it.
  7. Save changes and check if the problem is still there.

4. Change DNS Settings

  1. Browse through your screen till you find your network icon at the right corner.
  2. Then, right-click on the Network icon and choose Open Network and Sharing Center.
