1. Rename the Outlook folder

  1. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialogue.
  2. Type %appdata% and press Enter.
  3. Locate the Roaming folder.
  4. Open the Microsoft folder.
  5. Look for an entry named Outlook.
  6. Rename the Outlook entry to Outlook.old. Unfortunately, this will force your system to create the Outlook folder from scratch.
  7. Restart your PC.

You should be able to fix the Outlook error 0x80190194 after renaming the Outlook folder, as shown above.

2. Clear the contents of the OAB folder

  1. Close the Outlook program if it is running.
  2. Press Win + R keys to open the Run dialogue.
  3. Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
  4. Click on Microsoft.
  5. Open the Outlook folder.
  6. Open the Offline Address Book folder.
  7. Select all files inside the folder.
  8. Delete all files.

3. Create a new Outlook profile

  1. Close all instances of Outlook.
  2. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialogue.
  3. Type control mlcfg32.cpl and press Enter.

  6. After removing the profile, click on Add.
  7. Specify a name for the profile and click OK.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions and click Finish.
  9. Return to the Mail dialogue box and select Always use this profile.
  10. Click Apply.
  11. Restart your PC.
