3. Create a new Outlook profile

1. Close all instances of Outlook.
2. Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialogue.
3. Type control mlcfg32.cpl and press Enter.
4. Click on Show Profiles.
5. Select your Outlook profile and click on Remove.
6. After removing the profile, click on Add.
7. Specify a name for the profile and click OK.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions and click Finish.
9. Return to the Mail dialogue box and select Always use this profile.
10. Click Apply.
11. Restart your PC.
